This course is designed to assist appointed Lead Covid 19 Compliance Officers or Covid 19 Worker Representatives in the workplace.
As part of comprehensive business continuity planning and to ensure compliance with government guidelines, Covid 19 Compliance Officers or worker representatives must be appointed trained and in place for the reopening of all businesses in Ireland.
Rationale of the Course
The Government’s COVID-19 Return to Work Safely Protocol asks employers to appoint at least one Lead Worker Representative to work with them to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace. This course aims to help you to understand the role of a Worker Representative & Lead Worker Representative
Upon completion of the COVID-19 Return to a Work training course, attendees will cover the following Lessons:

- How is COVID-19 spread, What are the signs and symptoms
- Risk Groups
- Workplace preparations
