He is an Engineering Graduate and a qualified Health and Safety Advisor educated at UCD and UCC:; an ATEX consultant and staff trainer. You will gain a wealth of knowledge from Noel across a broad range of services. Noel is also a corporate member with the IIRSM -International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and a Graduate Member of IOSH – Institute of Occupational Safety & Health.
