World Kindness Day was created by the United Nations in 2010 to promote acts of kindness and compassion around the globe. It falls on November 13th each year.
Be kind to yourself
You should also try to be kind to yourself. This means taking care of yourself physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially. If you feel stressed out, take some time off. Try to eat healthy foods and exercise regularly. Make sure you sleep enough. Get plenty of rest. Take breaks when needed. Spend quality time with friends and family. Do things that make you happy.
Give someone else a compliment
On World Kindness Day, we encourage everyone to do something nice for another person. A simple act of kindness can go a long way toward making someone’s day better.
Volunteer at an event or charity
If you’re looking for something to do today, why not volunteer at an event or charity? Volunteering is a great way to meet new people and learn more about what other people care about.
Share a positive message with others
On March 21st, we celebrate World Kindness Day. This year’s theme is “Kindness is contagious.” In order to spread kindness, share a positive message with others by posting a photo of yourself doing something kind on social media. You can also write a blog post about how kindness has changed your life.
